Employee slipped on wet concrete walkway between shower house and plant, fell & twisted right knee. Injury originally diagnosed as a strain, with followup MRI to follow.

Struck by falling object
WHILE DISASSEMBLING THE BLISS 2000 PALLET MILL, THE CAP THAT HOLDS THE ROLLER IN PLACE WAS FOUND TO BE STUCK. THE MECHANIC AHD TO USE EXTRA FORCE TO REOVE IT CAUSING IT TO COME LOOSE SUDDENLY , SLIDIN GOFF THE END OF THE SHAFT STRIKING THE SIDE OF THE MECHANICS FOOT, BREAKING THE LITTLE TOE.
