Employee was using a 6 ft step ladder and lifting a 50 lb bag of hydrated lime. A fellow employee, driving a skidsteer, was placing a pallet of bagged lime and bumped into the ladder, causing the ee to fall to the floor, striking the right side of his face and right shoulder. The fall resulted and bruising on the right side of employee's face.
