Employee was taking the cap off the radiator on a 12"" pump when the water overflowed, causing a burn to his chest.

DRIVER GOT OUT OF HIS TRUCK AND FELL FROM THE RUNNINGBOARD. HE BROKE HIS HEEL. THIS DRIVER DROVE FOR AN INDEPENDENT TRUCK CO. HE WAS NOT ANEMPLOYEE OF THE PIT, ROSE CITY SAND CORPORATION.

2 MEN WERE ATTEMPTING TO REPRIME A 6"" WATER PUMP THAT HAD LOST ITS PRIME AND GOTTEN HOT. WHEN THEY OPENED THE PRIMING PORT HOT WATER SPRAYED OUT RESULTING IN 1 ST AND 2 ND DEGREE BURNS TO ONE MANS RIGHT LEG.
