ABOUT 1545 ON 10-01-01, EE WAS OBSERVING FROM APPROX. 80' DISTANCE, THE TRACKHOE OPERATED BY SUPERVISOR OF JOB, DIGGING NEWLY FUSED 80' SECTION OF 8" POLYPROPYLENE BLACK PIPE IN ORDER TO STRAI GHTEN PIPE OUT SO ANOTHER 20" SECTION COULD BE FUSED BEFORE PLACING IT IN THE WATER TO CONNECT BETWEEN DREDGE & MAIN PROCESSING PLANT. A SLIGHT CURVE IN PIPE WHIPLASHED AS IT STRAIGHTENED. TH
