TWO MEN WERE IN THE PROCESS OF REMOVING A BROKEN DRILL SHAFT FROM OUR DRILL. A PIPE WRENCH SLIPPED STRIKING EE IN THE RIGHT ARM ABOVE THE ELBOW.
