INJURED MINER REPORTED FOR WORK ON MAY 11 1983 AT 730AM TOM AND BOB CARTER ANOTHER MINER GOT INTO BACK OF TRUCK FOR TRANSPORTATION TO WORK AREAS WHEN THEY ARRIVED UNDERGROUND TRUCK TRACTOR PA RTED TRUCK IN 455N HAULAGE WHERE BOB AND TOM GOT OUT OF TRUCK BOB WENT TO START A TRUCK IN 400 HAULAGE WHILE TOM GOT A MACHINE AND JACKLEG OUT OF TRUCK HE AND BOB HAD RIDDEN UNDERGROUND IN TOM
