ICY STEP ON D8 DOZER CAUSED EE TO SLIP OFF. HIS ARM WAS STUCK AND CAUSED HIM TO HANG BY HIS ARM ONLY. SERIOUS SHOULDER INJURY WAS SUSTAINED. HE WAS CHANGING THE OIL AT THE TIME OF THE ACCID ENT.
