EMP FELL CLIMBING DOWN DRILL MAST EMP DID NOT GOTO DR UNTIL 2 14 83 AND FROM THE DR REPORT THERE SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ANY LOST TIME BUT PATIENT DID NOT RETURN TO WORK UNTIL 2 21 83 WITH LOSS OF 5 DAYS WITH NO MORE LOST TIME ANTICIPATED EMP WORKED THROUGH 5 25 83 AND IS STILL OFF FROM WORK TO THIS DATE EMP NOW STATES THAT HE HAS SOME SORT OF DISC S PRAIN OR STRAIN
