EMPL WAS IN POSITION TO TAKE CHAIN FROM BATTERY TRAY. MIINE FLOOR WAS WET EMPL LOST HIS BALANCE & FELL. EMPL TRIED TO CATCH HIMSELF BUT HIS ARM WENT UNDER BATTERY TRAY SHAKING BATTERY & CA USING THEM TO FALL ON ARM.
