THE VICTIM PULLED HIS LOADED TRUCK FROM A DIRT BORROW AREA. IT STALLED AND STARTED TO ROLL DOWN GRADE. THE VICTIM JUMPED FROM THE TRUCK, LANDED ON THE GROUND, AND WAS FATALLY INJURED WHEN THE REAR TANDEM WHEELS ROLLED OVER HIM. (ACCIDENT OCCURRED IN RECLAIMED AREA OF PROPERTY.)
