WHILE OPERATING ROOF BOLTER THE EMPLOYEE GOT HISLEFT HAND HUNG BETWEEN CANOPY & DRILL STEEL. THEDRILL POT SMASHED THE DRILL STEEL DOWN ON HIS HAND AGAINST THE CANOPY.
