The miner did some heavy material handling on 4/21 with the mine foreman. On Monday, 4/24, he helped change screens on the crusher and performed other routine duties. At the end of the shift he told the foreman his low back was sore. He did not work on Tues. On Wed. he sought medical attention from a chiropractor who diagnosed sacroilliac joint disfunction and placed him off work.
