Employee driving down hill on access road with 1/2 tank of water, brakes would not hold back. Turned into a run-away and truck rolled 3/4 turn up an embankment.

EMPLOYEE REACHED OVER TO OPEN DOOR OF WATER TRUCK HIS LEFT FOOT SLIPPED, HIS WHOLE BODY FLEW INTO THE DOOR CRUSHING HIS RIGHT HAND. RIGHT RING FINGER HAD FRACTURED BONE.
