Miner was attempting to clean a scalping screen when slipped and fell approximately 6 ft. Immediately after accident employee stated no injury had occurred, but shortly afterward complained about pain in rt shoulder. Our company policy requires after any accident if employee complains about pain or stiffness, they must be taken to the Dr. and be checked, for injury. None were found
