The employee was cleaning the chute to the crusher when a boulder rolled over on EE's right foot. EE's foot was bruised and swelled.

The employee was installing a v belt on a Cedar Rapids crusher. He got the tip end of his ring finger between the shiv and the v belt and the crushed rolled and caught his finger breaking it.
