Employee was operating a 50 ton Cat end dump truck & was at dump site with his 3rd load of stone from pit. While attempting to dump the load from truck at dump site, which is elevated some 20' above the plant, his truck went over the dump face backwards & flipped end for end 180' landing on its top, wheels to sky, at bottom of dump site at plant level.
