THE VICTIM WAS FLOWN TO THE UNIVERSITY OF TN HOSPITAL IN KNOXVILLE, TN AND IS LISTED IN CRITICAL CONDITION. THE VICTIM DIED IN A CARE FACILITY ON MAY 27, 2007.
