EMPLOYEE WAS TRAMMING A SHUTTLE TO THE MINER ON 0001-0 SECTION WHEN THE SHUTTLE CANOPY STRUCK A ROOF BOLT. THE POST OF THE S/C BROKE CAUSING THE CANOPY TO COME OFF STRIKING HIS HEAD. THE VICTIM WAS FLOWN TO THE UNIVERSITY OF TN HOSPITAL IN KNOXVILLE, TN AND IS LISTED IN CRITICAL CONDITION. THE VICTIM DIED IN A CARE FACILITY ON MAY 27, 2007.
