Maintenance technician was insulating piping, EE was holding a water line while cutting the insulation to fit. The pipe shifted in the middle of EE's cut, and EE cut EE's left pinkie finger. EE was taken to local urgent care where EE received 4 stitches. EE was then released to work with no restrictions.

Over-exertion (Not Elsewhere Classified)

EE was experiencing trigger finger symptoms in November went to EE's Dr on 11/17/25. Was no disclosed by EE to company. On 1/26/26 EE notified HR and was evaluated by nurse on 1/27/26, then triage nurse on 1/27/26, then telehealth on 1/30/26. Seen by ortho specialist on 2/6/26 and diagnosed w/trigger finger & work related, received corticosteroid injection & RTW.
