Over-exertion (Not Elsewhere Classified)

Miner was attempting to remove a bolt from an actuator when the bolt broke. His momentum from the force applied made him step backwards to balance himself. When he stepped back his knee twisted causing the injury.

Struck by... (Not Elsewhere Classified)

A 10"" water pipe chained to an excavator bucket whipped while workers were trying to clear a clog. The miner was walking back to the head of the pipe and was struck in the leg. The miner suffered a proximal tibular fracture where the tibia connects to the fibula.
