Employee stated was prying on a rock while hand scaling and felt a pain in back.
The employee stated employee was picking up a belt roller and felt a pop in employee's back.
Employee walked to scale printer to clear a paper jam and slipped on the snow. The area around the scale house had been salted however it was still snowing and the path they took to the scale printed has snow accumulated on it.
Employee stated stepped out of truck to check a face area, when EE turned around to get back in truck EE felt a pain in calf. No medical treatment was given until physical therapy started on Dec 15.
The employee was working on damaged hydraulic cylinder, attempted to move cylinder. The cylinder moved easier than anticipated pinching finger between cylinder and frame.
Employee reported feeling numbness in hands and wrist after hand scaling. Medical treatment on 12/14/2017 resulted in light duty.
