Struck against a moving object

While travelling through the curtain, the scoop and shuttle car collided.

While resetting the underground feeder a crib block was being removed. EE reached to pull the crib block out at the same time another worker struck the block with a hammer. The hammer struck EE's left ring finger and left middle finger causing fractures to both fingers.

Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

EE was attempting to release the emergency park brake and exited the vehicle to try to release the brake. The vehicle had been left in gear and when the brake released it knocked the EE down and drug EE approximately 10 to 15 feet. The EE managed to get back in the vehicle and bring it to a stop. EE sustained a dislocation to the right ring finger.
