While walking on muddy floor, slipped and on the process of catching himself, twisted his left lower back.

While pulling on 60' of 4"" hose used on the super sucker truck to clean/vaccum dust off conveyor belt floor, he was standing on an incline walkway, pulling the hose with it under his arm pit.
