THE EMPLOYEE WAS MOVING FROM ONE SIDE OF LOADER TOT HE OTHER VIA THE REAR DECK. THE EMPLOYEE WAS CARRYING A TOOL BOX IN ONE HAND AND HOLDING THE HAND-RAIL WITH THE OTHER, WHEN HE MISSED A STE P AND FELL TOT HE FLOOR STRIKING HIS LEFT ELBOW.
