Over-exertion (Not Elsewhere Classified)

Bent over to pick up a tow cable and felt sharp pain in lower back. Was stuck in the mud at silt dump site and the cat came over with the tow cable to pull him out. 1"" cable dropped and when I bent over to pick it up off the ground I felt a sharp pain in the lower back.

Over-exertion in pulling or pushing objects

On the 7th was pulling on a fire hose and twisted body while pulling. Hose stuck and it pulled him back jerking his back.
