Employee stated they were riding on a MAC8 on the left side near the rear. They rounded a corner from the scoop roadway into the power entry and a rock lying near the corner pinched their hand on the frame of the MAC8. This caused a puncture wound on the left hand between thumb and index finger which required 2 sutures.
The employee stated was jacking up a personnel carrier when it slid pinching EE's hand between the jack bar and the machine. This caused a laceration to EE's hand between the left thumb and index finger.
The employee stated EE was cleaning an entry with the scoop and pinched EE's finger between the canopy and the rib. This resulted in a laceration that required sutures.
The operator was notified on 11/6/2021 that the employee has been diagnosed with occupational pneumoconiosis.
