Employee was tramming a scoop to section, the brake head over heated and caught on fire. He put the fire out with rock dust and inhaled smoke in the process.

Employee filed an ALLEGED Carpal Tunnel claim on 6/6/06. Received notice on 9/8/06 that he had surgery for Claim No. 06-841264. Had surgery on his other hand 9/20/06.
