Struck by falling object

Employee reported that 5' X 6' 3/8 diameter screen he was handling fell onto his left foot, behind the steel toe. The screen pierced his boot and punctured his foot requiring stitches.

Absorption of radiations, caustics, toxic and noxious substances

EE had removed parts from a Caterpillar 980 loader and was pressure washing them. He had brushed a cleaning agent on the parts, and must have gotten some of the liquid on his hands. He developed a rash on his hands and thought he had poison ivy, until it did not get any better.
