Fall down stairs

Removing steps from a job trailer. The steps came loose from the trailer while the employee was standing on them. Employee fell, twisting and breaking his ankle.

Over-exertion in lifting objects

While shovelling under belt employee felt left knee pop. Became swollen and sore.
