Over-exertion in pulling or pushing objects
Employee was installing 6ft roof bolt in mining height of 52 inches. Bolt was bent in half, after installing the first half of bolt the employee was pushing bolt to straighten it out to finish the install. Employee felt a pop in shoulder.
