Employee had a seizure while on the clock operating a haul truck. We don't think this is chargeable, but wanted to report it to be on the safe side, just in case. Employee later failed drug test, and was terminated.
Employee was assisting in an oil change. He spilled some oil, then slipped in the oil, falling backwards and catching himself with his right wrist. Wrist is thought to be sprained at this point, but not known for sure.

Employee was climbing off a conveyor frame, mis-stepped onto an electrical cord, and twisted knee.
Employee was carrying a strip of plastic, slipped in a muddy spot on decking, and fell to one knee. Employee's left knee hit the ground. Employee has not missed any work, but has now been referred to orthopedic specialist for further evaluation.
