EE REACHED FOR THE DRILL WHEN HE FELT ELECTRIC SHOCK. SHOES & HANDS WERE WET. CABLE REEL HAD A SHORT IN ON OF THE PHASES SHORTING OUT TO THE FRAME OF THE DRILL. SHORT CONSIST OF 1 PHASE OF 440 VOLTS GOING TO GROUND THRU THE FRAME OF THE DRILL. EE SUFFERED MUSCLE SPASMS TO BACK & LEGS.
