EMPLOYEE WAS IN3THE PROCESS OF INSTALLING ELECTRICAL CONDUCTORS THROUGH CONDUIT ACCOMPANIED BY A SECOND ELECTRICIAN. INJURED EMPLOYEE WAS AT RECEIVING END OF FISH TAP EWHICH ACCIDENTALLY MADE CONTACT WITH E3ERGIZED BUSS BAR CAUSING TAPE TO ARC AND FLASH.
