dry-plant employee (E1) was working closely by another employee (E2) using the air wand when the air wand slipped out of E1's hand, E2 attempted to control the wand and compressed air line, the wand and line became disconnected and the line struck E2 in the back of the head/neck area.

Showing all 3Employee was repairing leaks on baghouse & valve separated from wall and struck EE in the face. EE was driven to ER for medical attention by co-worker.
While operating a skidsteer the equipment overheated. The employee exited the equipment to inspect the issue and while the engine compartment was open the radiator overflow line had whipped up and a burst of hot coolant came out hitting their hands. The overflow hose was not secured in place due to the mounting brackets being on the wrong side of the radiator frame.
