EE WAS WORKING IN EQUIPMENT GARAGE. NO NEEDED A OIL DRIP PAN HE GOT A 55 GAL DRUM THAT HAD CONTINED LIQUID SOAP THE DRUM HAD BEEN SITTING IN THE HOT SUN WITHOUT VENTING THE DRUM OR REMOVING TH E BUNG THE PROCEEDED TO CUT THE DRUM IN HALF HE WAS STANDING AT BOTTOM AND OF THE DRUM THE BOTTOM BLEW OPEN STRIKING EE LOWER RIGHT LEG.
