TIRE WAS PLACED INSIDE A TIRE CAGE & WAS BEING INFLATED. THE SIDE WALL OF THE TIRE BLEW OUT. THE ESCAPING AIR PRESSURE IMPACTED THE MAN ON THE RIGHT SIDE AND KNOCKED HIM DOWN. HE HAD NOVISIBLE INJURY, HOWEVER, HE WAS DISORIENTED. HE WAS TAKEN TO THE DR. WHO REFERRED HIM TO A EENT. HE HAS UNDETERMINED INJURY TO THE RIGHT EAR. ALSO SOME AMNESIA OF UNDETERMINED LENGTH.
