April 7, 2005 VA · Coal drill operator EXPLODING VESSELS UNDER PRESSURE

Thomas Energy, Inc. · Struck by flying object

Hyd. hose end came off of a hose going to head drive on the mast of the drill, letting the hose strike the left side glass of the operator's cab, and broke the glass. The operator stated he was ok. He decided to go to Dr. the next shift to get his eye checked.
