EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING DOZER IN PIT AREA HE GOT OFF THE MACHINE AND BEGAN CLEANING TRACKS WITH A SHOVEL POSITIONING HIMSELF BETWEEN THE LOW-WALL AND THE DOZER ABOUT 15 FT FROM THE LOW-WALL CLA Y MATERIAL CAVED OFF FROM THE LOW-WALL HITTING THE SUBJECT FROM THE KNEES DOWN AND PUSHING HIS LEGS UNDER THE DOZER BLADE ARM THIS RESULTED IN SCRAPES AND BRUISES TO THE OPERATOR
