Employee was in the process of cleaning the dust box on the roof bolter when a piece of coal rib popped off behind the employee striking the right calf, resulting in a fractured fibula.

After placing the first pin EE was drilling EE's second hole and the drill steel stopped up, the EE went to the middle of the bolter to retrieve a new drill steel, when a rock from the rib fell down, an hit the wire mesh that was leaned up next to the rib and hit EE in the back of the right leg.
Employee was shoveling belt when a rock fell out between the rib and first pin, striking employee on the right arm and left butt cheek.
