Injured was scaling rock off of roof from bucket of bolter. Scale bar was leaning on leg when rock fell onto bar, striking his left knee.
EE was setting up the robotic shotcrete machine in the travelway entry to apply shotcrete to the roof and ribs. After laying out the accelerator line to the area of the robot arm she was dazed by a blow to the back of her neck. She called out to co-worker who was about 70 feet away. They found her on one knee holding her hand on her head with horizontal abrasions on her neck.
