EE was bolting when drill steel touched top dislodge rock falling striking him on top of hand.
While the bolting crew was bolting a corner, the section boss was watching them bolt. The bolting crew told him to move from where he was because of loose rock. He didn't and a rock and head coal mix 4" thick, 4'X4' fell a distance of 48", hitting him on the back and head.
EE was moving a shuttle care cable when s loose rock 6" thick 2" long struck him on his left shoulder.
Rock fell out of top.
