employee was scaling top when rock came loose and hit employee from behind landing on right pelvic area.
Employee was walking in slope area and a rock fell and hit employee on right side of head and right shoulder.
After scaling and installing roof jacks, injured employee began drilling the roof to install rock bolts. This activity caused a rock to fall striking the injured employee on the hardhat and right thumb.
While installing split-set rock bolts and switching drill steel to the jackleg drill, a small rock of unknown weight fell, striking EE on the ring finger of his left hand. This action caused a laceration approx. 1" in length on the top of the finger that required sutures.
