Showing all 7Victim sat down at the rear of the roof bolter to eat lunch and a portion of the roof fell striking him on the head and shoulder. Laceration to his head and contusion to the right shoulder.
While installing roof bolts in #3 entry a rock fell from the top and bounced off the drillpot and struck him in the upper lip & nose area. He sustained a laceration to his upper lip area.
