The section foreman was marking up sight lines in #2 entry of #1 MMU001-0, when a piece of rock fell between pins and struck him in the back. The rock measured 4' x 4' x 2". The foreman finished his shift and ensuing shifts, but began to miss work due to the injury on 10-05-2011.
