EMPLOYEE WAS WALKING TOWARDS LAST OPEN XCUT & WAS BETWEEN 4-5 ENTRY IN XCUT WHEN A ROCK FELL & HIT HIS RT. HAND & LT. FOOT. EE WENT TO HOSPITAL & HAS A FRACTURE TO LEFT FOOT.
