Employee was operating scoop when a rock fell from the roof and struck him in the head.
Employee was taking down MRS cable to take outby when a piece of rock approx. 4" thick, 4" long, and 3" wide fell from top striking him in the back of his head, neck, shoulders and back, driving him to the ground. * Did not report prior because employee did not begin missing work until 01/06/2011.
