The employee was taking a survey point on the excavated material Pile on Lake 6 north.As he started to descend the pile, getting towards the bottom, a rock 10" to 12" in diameter rolled down the pile and struck him in the back of the legs, causing a bruise and an abrasion on the calves of his legs.
