C-10 CONVEYOR BELT BROKE FALLING APPROX 150\ TO STORAGE PILE UNDER HEAD PULLEY. A PIECE OF 3/4" ROPE WAS ATTACHED TO TRIPPED TO PULL BELT BLOCK OVER ROLLERS. EE HAD HIS SAFETY BELT ATTACHED TO THE ROPE BEING USED TO PULL THE BELT, THE ROPE BROKE PULLING EE APPROX 12\ TO 15\ OVER TRESTLE STRUCTURE.
