While walking beside mantrip while laying track, 2 steel sandjacks fell over, member heard noise and raised both arms up and sand jacks struck arm and drove them on top of mantrip causing a laceration to his right index finger requiring 3 stitches.

Showing all 3EE was setting timbers on the North Mains belt when a timber that was leaned against the rib slid off hitting him on the top of the foot. He suffered a contusion to the top of his left foot. See attached note.
EE WAS HELPING REMOVE A 16' SUPPLY DOOR. A SCOOP HAD BEEN USED TO KNOCK THE DOOR LOOSE FROM THE CINDER BLOCK FRAMING. AS HE WAS WALKING BELT OVER THROUGH THE DOOR TO CONNECT A CHAIN, A ROCK WI TH 2 CINDER BLOCKS STRUCK TO IT FELL STRIKING HIS BACK.
