WE WERE USING A PROPANE WEED BURNER TO THAW OUT A BELT. IT WAS SITTING ON A CLUMP OF DIRT. HE STOOD IN FRONT OF IT AND CAUGHT HIS PANTS ON FIRE SUFFERING 3RD DEGREE BURN ON HIS RIGHT CALF.
